Elevate Wellbeing Solutions was founded on a bedrock of extensive clinical experience. Our leadership team brings together over 35 years of combined experience across social work and mental health nursing, having worked throughout Western Australia & Victoria in complex health, forensic disability, aged care and community settings.

This journey highlighted a critical need: the seamless ntegration of high-level clinical rigor with genuine, trauma- nformed empathy. Our approach is not simply administrative; it is deeply rooted in front line expertise and a profound understanding of holistic wellbeing.

Founder & Principal Clinician

With over 17 years’ experience as a clinician across Western Australia and Victoria, Nelton has led complex interventions within child protection, hospital social work, forensic disability, veterans’ mental health, aged care and community services.

His practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, psychosocial assessment, complex case management and person-centred support. As Founder of Elevate Wellbeing Solutions, Nelton provides the clinical leadership that shapes the organisation’s vision, governance and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for participants and families.

Dilini

Senior Mental Health Nurse

With 19 years experience as a mental health nurse, Dilini has worked across community mental health, forensic mental health and aged care, supporting people experiencing complex mental illness, psychosocial disability and age-related health needs.

Her nursing background brings extensive expertise in clinical assessment, recovery-oriented practice, multidisciplinary collaboration and holistic health care. She is passionate about promoting dignity, independence and quality of life through compassionate, evidence based support.
